Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service.
Welcome to Signalgrid ("Signalgrid," "we," "our," or "us"). Signalgrid provides a cloud-based notification service that enables users to send and receive real-time notifications across devices, including through web and mobile applications (the "Service").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" will include that entity.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must promptly notify us if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account or any other security incident affecting the Service.
Signalgrid may offer a free tier and paid plans. The free tier currently allows up to 10,000 notifications per month, subject to any limits, fair-use rules, and technical restrictions described on the website or in the product.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, the applicable price, billing interval, included usage, and plan features presented at checkout or in your account will apply to your subscription. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account, where available, or by contacting us at support@signalgrid.co. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable.
We may change pricing, plan structure, or included features from time to time. Any change to pricing for an existing paid subscription will apply no earlier than the next billing period after reasonable advance notice.
Team or workspace owners may invite additional users and manage permissions for those users. The account owner or administrator is responsible for the acts and omissions of invited users within the team account and for ensuring that team members use the Service in compliance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We process personal data in connection with the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. This may include data needed to provide the Service, secure the platform, prevent abuse, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations.
Where required by applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port certain personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
Signalgrid may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, and other essential Service functions. We do not use advertising cookies in the Service. Blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies may impair or prevent parts of the Service from functioning properly.
The Service, including its software, source code, design, text, graphics, branding, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Signalgrid e.U. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended lawful purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but the Service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, updates, security events, abuse prevention measures, third-party outages, carrier restrictions, operating system behavior, and internet or device connectivity may affect Service availability and notification delivery.
We may suspend, limit, or modify all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signalgrid e.U. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, business opportunities, or data, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Signalgrid e.U. for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Signalgrid e.U. for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signalgrid e.U. and its affiliates, officers, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising out of or related to your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights. This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel your account or subscription as described in Section 5. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, used the Service unlawfully, failed to pay applicable fees, or if suspension or termination is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete or anonymize account data after termination in accordance with our retention practices, legal obligations, and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for exporting any data you need before cancellation or promptly after notice of termination, where export functionality is available.
We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it from time to time. We may also update these Terms. The current version will always be available at https://signalgrid.co/terms.php. Material changes will become effective upon posting or, where appropriate, upon notice to you. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived or limited by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
If a consumer purchases a paid plan online, that purchase may be subject to a statutory right of withdrawal unless an exception applies. If you ask us to begin providing paid services during the withdrawal period, or if digital content or digital services are made available immediately, you may be required to acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be reduced, lost, or subject to payment for the value already provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict of law rules. If you are acting as a business, legal entity, or other non-consumer user, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is Vienna, Austria. If you are a consumer, this section applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
